Ital Caspian, an Italian consultancy company based in Baku (Azerbaian) and a founding member of the F3Bas Network,  has finalized a collaboration agreement with Agency for Russia, a  Moscow based firm as of 2013. IFC PROJECT IN JAMAICA FINALIZED BY F3 BAS EXPERTS

The National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, in cooperation with Ital Caspian Business Consulting and F3BAS, organized in Baku a seminar entitled "Environmental Health. Experiences of Italy and Azerbaijan”, with the participation of Italian experts from the Institute of Health.

Baku, 26 January 2017. A day seminar organized by the prestigious National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan with the support of Ital Caspian Business Consulting and F3BAS, to illustrate the Italian and Azerbaijani experience in environmental health. The meeting was opened by the greeting of the Vice President of the Academy, Prof. Dilgam Taghiyev and of the Italian Ambassador, H.E. Giampaolo Cutillo. In earlier days, the Italian delegation was able to attend several important institutional meetings such as the Baku office of the World Bank, who expressed great interest in the subject of environmental health as part of its programs and projects in Azerbaijan and "Public Health and Reforms Center "(ISIM) that will officially represent the Caucasian country in a major European project (EU Cost Action) led by the Italian Institute of Health entitled "Industrially Contaminated Sites and Health Network. "

World Bank Group: Financing for Development Massive Open Online Course (MOOC)

To facilitate increased awareness, the World Bank Group is launching a Financing for Development Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on November 16. The objective is to familiarize more people with the new development agenda, the critical role of the private sector and the use of finance, including innovative solutions, to fund the SDGs and meet the Bank Group goals of ending poverty and boosting shared prosperity by 2030.

Baku October 21, 2015. A cordial meeting with the Country Manager of World Bank, Mrs. Larisa Leshchenko within the  new business mission to Azerbaijan for Creasys srl. organized by F3 Bas in collaboration with Ital Caspian.

Creasys srl, an Italian based company presented to the World Bank the assessment services for the Costs Estimation of complex programs, as part of its overall monitoring solution, based on the principles of ERM (Enterprise Risk Management). This solution named “ICOSMOS” is the new Cost Management Framework born from the partnership between PRICE Systems and Creasys. The solution provides  the client an integrated tools platform, and a services catalogue that have been located for managing and monitoring of complex projects/programs from the preliminary stage to the closing stage. It is a solution, that of enhanced M&E tools,  that is considers as extremely valuable for the beneficiaries of its loans in different sectors including Justice (e-Justice) in Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan joined the World Bank in 1992 and since then, World Bank loans to the country have totaled over $3 billion spread over 55 projects. Currently, the World Bank investment portfolio in Azerbaijan includes 16 projects with a total commitment of $2 billion. During its business trip, Creasys also attended other high-level meetings with Ministry of Justice and Azeri Space Agency “Azercosmos”. 

F3 Bas experts will deliver a presentation on the “Role of the World Bank and the other International Financial Institutions” in the framework of the “Azerbaijan Country Presentation” organized in Perugia on May 13, 2015 by Confindustria Umbria and Unicredit Banking Group.

Experts from Ital Caspian will provide the audience with detailed information regarding the business opportunities linked to the participation of the Italian companies in the tenders of the World Bank and the other International Institutions operating in Azerbaijan. The event is organized by Confindustria Umbria (the local branch of Perugia of the leading Italian manufacturing and services corporation) and the leading Italian bank “Unicredit” which is also one of the main shareholders of Turkish Yapi Kredi Bank operating successfully in Azerbaijan since 2007.
